Help What Am I Missing ???

Morning,

I bought several Vending boxes of 1983 Topps Football from Steve awhile back. I have pulled 9's and 10's on every Star from the set , most multiple times, like the Montana 1 each NM-MT 8, 7 MINT 9's and a GEM MINT 10. But the Fouts is another story I am now 10 for 10 in 8's!!!!!

What am I missing ???

That was the first thing I noticed too, but I don't see that on the last two posted.

The last two: left reverse stain in Personal Data "49ers" and right reverse stain at "FOUTS"

Wow, That's why I ask you guy's, I don't know how I missed that....But Ding Ding Ding, Looked at all six with a Loupe, and there is a Print defect in the ink exactly where you guys saw on 5 of the 6 !!!

i think they wiped you out on these because of the faded image and color on the front surface.....nameplate should be a deeper red and the image of Fouts is faded.

since they all look the same, they didn't bother to differentiate for corners, etc.

Those are nice cards. Even with the print defects, it seems they could have been 8.5s anyway. PSA is tough. I never hadd good luck submitting '83 FB.
