i'd say the first seller doesn't have the coin, but that is a guess.

i reported both listings to let ebay do account evaluation and let them make the correct decision

Not a single feedback indicating a buy or sell of a coin by first seller linked. Hijacked account.
Jakescoin (second seller linked) is a reputable coin seller. One could easily call this seller to verify physical possession.

I like the pics and price of the first seller better and local pick up is an option

for some reason, I think a buyer of something like that would do a bit of due diligence....moreso than someone buying a morgan for $500-$1000 or so.
Also, with an account name starting like that "HAK......", it kind of sets off some alarms.
