Free CC Submissions question

Quick question regarding the free submission we receive when we sign up for the club. I signed up last week and just received my packet. I was under the impression that we were supposed to receive vouchers included in the packet. I couldn't find them in my packet but did receive 3 different submission forms. Are the forms the vouchers or am I missing a step. Any help would be appreciated. I emailed PSA Wednesday but haven't received a response. I am hoping to get my submission in the mail early next week so hoping I could find some answers here. Thanks again for any help.

    No, if memory serves, the voucher itself should be located on the bottom third (perforated) of one of sheet of paper that should come with the packet.
