Question about scanned package subs to PSA *Help Needed*

I sent in a card sub to PSA last week and USPS DC shows it was delivered in Newport Beach last Friday, 10/12. I know they are behind in logging in subs to the system but I have always been able to call and confirm with my tracking # to confirm that a package was scanned in upon receipt at PSA. When I called this afternoon, the customer service rep could not find any package in the system for me with that tracking #. i am wondering if anyone else has had an experience like that or if I should be concerned, as PO shows it was delivered to Newport Beach at correct PO for PSA. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!
