What's "acceptable" for OPC cards?

I know OPC has their flaws... what's acceptable: rough edges? minimum size standards? tilt?
This is a top pop; 1 with none higher. It appears to be cut smaller than a normal card, is tilted and has rough edges. Is PSA more lenient with OPC than they are with Topps?

This.
IMO that card is probably better suited for an 8 holder.
It may be within the guidelines of 9 centering but that's a lot of tilt for a "Mint" card.
Also I don't like the top edge.

I wasn't really referring to the OP''s card but grading guidelines in general. We've all seen cards from both Topps and OPC with worse tilts than that one in PSA 9 holders though I agree that his card does not have great eye appeal for a 9.
