i found my favorite card on ebay, but the guy selling has a 0 rating. he has like 15 rare cards from the same brand(#'d to 50), he has scans of all, should i bid or is it too risky?

If he only accepts cash or money orders, that would be too risky for me. If he took paypal, I could take a chance.
