1971 Greatest Moments Uncut Sheet

I have another unique one. Complete set of 1971 Greatest Moments on an uncut sheet. Again as with the 75 Mini sheet set I have NO clue what this is worth either. Does anyone have any idea?

Comments

  • In the 2005 Robert Edward Auction, a complete set in uncut sheet form sold for around $10,500.
  • REA sold one for 10K in 2005 but it was on 2 sheets

Any chance of posting a pic? Would love to see it even though I could not afford it. I've seen the REA Auction pic before. Big fan of '71 TGM cards!

I dont know about that. I have more crap than good stuff. I am just starting to go thru what my brother had. This had not been searched since the late 70's early 80's. I do remember a box of over 500-1975 Ryan's just have not found it yet. I found the 76 Aaron's and a few others. I'll ruin the POP report if I ever find those Ryan's!!

    Bob,
A friend of mine bought a complete set in two sheets back in 2005 but paid $6000 for it. A couple months later another set which was mentioned above sold for $4000 more in the RE auction. Since then I have not seen another set sell. I would put a value of around $8000-give or take $2000 for the condition.

  • I'm going to help you Shane. Think of me as your teacher.

After that we'll discuss the next steps.

Shane you are correct , the last set sold in 2005 for 10440. I have a serious offer from a seller friend that I might take since I haven't had any offers from the forum.
