Collection milestone: T205 Brooklyn Superbas completed

Not a lot of preamble here. I've been slowly but surely chasing three pre-WW2 Brooklyn Dodger/Superbas sets: T205, T206 and 1933 Goudey. Today's mail brought the last card I needed to have all three sets complete. Irvin Wilhelm is a pretty tough card, and comes with two back variations - "suffe ed" and "suffered".

Really all it is is a printing problem, but they are recognized variations within the hobby. Anyway, I have the "suffe ed" variation, which seems to be a lot more common. I'm told that's not necessarily the case - the reality is that the "suffered" version is being hoarded to keep prices up. Whatever. If I find a "suffered" version for a good enough price, I'll pick it up, but for all intents and purposes I consider my T205 Brooklyn Superbas set done.

If you have a spare moment or two, I've got a significant portion of my vintage Dodger collection scanned. Link is below in my sig.
Thanks for looking!

I love looking through your collection. I'm glad you keep a link in your sig line because its one of those threads that never gets old. It's comfort food for when ever I am in a card buying drought.

Did you know you were going to collect all the Dodgers when you got your first one or slowly did it happen that way?
Thanks for sharing.
BTW - Who was your first and last?
Don't give up on getting the other Wilhelm variation - your team set wouldn't be complete without it
Are you gonna start a '34 Goudey set next?
Collecting: Topps 1952-79, Bowman 1952-55, OPC 1965-71, and Pre-War White Sox cards
