Update: Paris office delays... PCGS secure plus fake or real slab?

There's a PCGS Secure Plus slab on eBay right now that looks like the real deal. However, the Cert # yeilds zero results on PCGS.com. Also, even more troubling, the Pop Report category # (the six digit number on the left half of the barcode) yeilds zero results. When I am logged into PCGS.com, I do not see this coin in the pop report.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO???
To bid or not to bid, that is the question!

The eBay seller / owner of the slab in question claims that all their slabs go through the Paris office. He said he contacted PCGS and they responded that Paris slabs sometimes have a delay before entering the website system.
Anyone ever experienced these issues with the Paris office?

Yes they are very slow posting. They also have new labels in Paris (blue fading to white). Who is the seller?

Not that it matters, but here is the linky. It's nearly up to USD $300.
<< <i>Who is the seller? >>
Pater Münzen und Medaillen GmbH (of Germany). They are reputable. I never suspected them of foul play. Rather, I figured they had no idea - and I was right. When I contacted them, they were taken by complete surprise. Apparently not all sellers check their slabs upon arrival from PCGS (or at the moment of listing for sale).

Since I know Jochen Pater personally, I will withhold comment, but he has over 17 thousand feedbacks and owns part of WAG online auctions and MA auctions and wonder why you would think that he would put up a fake PCGS slab. BTW, just won one of his auctions for one of the new slabs from Paris (Friday).

I agree with 3Mark on this coin, extremely unlikely to be fake. And a very nice coin, shame that it's a pattern.
Indeed they are very slow posting, but they are super quick in the turnarounds. Volume of submissions has increased geometrically,
and they have now set up their European Collector's Club, even though they have yet to figure out a cheaper return shipping method.
Regardless of the Tier, so far, turnaround is between 5-25 days.
German authorized dealers often submit their coins, and do not leave Paris until they get them back certified , 3-4 days later.
Economy submissions included in the above mentioned turnaround.
Clearly ,they submit right before the graders arrive from the US, but this might change during the next year
Also, PCGS Europe, is to my knowledge, the only way to have one or a few coins pedigreed to one's name,
without the requirement of a very important collection, and a big number of coins. 90-100 euros per coin will suffice.
Pedigreed Greek 50 lepta 1874 PCGS SP65
edited to add: I've just remember that ajaan had pedigreed his VIP proof halfpennies at NGC, but I don't think that they'd still do it today.
