You know how much I can appreciate nicely toned ASEs

That said, what are we missing from the pics that put the 1991 down to a MS64? I don't see that from the picture....
At worst, luster looks a little subdued compared to the others, but I still don't see a MS64 from it....

I, also, like the '86.
Your posts are making me want to submit a couple toners and also to sell some (if the market for these has rebounded a little bit)

I have no idea as to why they did a MS64
It has plenty luster and frankly it looks more like my image

PCGS is vigilant on marks. If it was a Morgan it would possibly go MS65 but those ticks on an ASE seem to default to MS64 with PCGS.
