But what is this one? It's the size of a regular card, but it's a white-bordered four-panel card. What up with that? linky

Also, notice the slab says: Ryan/Samuel/Yount/Reardon... but the players are Yount/Clark/Ryan/Justice.

Bingo, they are the 4 in 1 Cracker Jack cards. Just a mislabel by PSA.

PSA doesn't even grade the single 1991 Topps Cracker Jack cards anymore. I managed to get mine graded before they made that rule and it is now a lonely orphan in my Showcase instead of in my Ripken Master Set where it rightfully belongs. They removed it from the Master Set several years after I got it graded. They claim the reason is because sheets were stolen from the printer and cut up after-market. I'd be interested to see what they would do if the owner sent this one in as a "mechanical error" given they don't grade that issue at all.

This is what it says next to my card in the Showcase:
1991 TOPPS CRACKER JACK (N9 ILLEGALLY REMOVED FROM PRINTER) 13 CAL RIPKEN JR. 1st SERIES
