Question about 1870 Seated Dime variety

I don't usually like to post questions about coins that I bought for resale, but I was trying to do some research on an 1870 Seated dime Newp PCGS MS63 . The date looks to me to have a clearly repunched 0, so I looked in Breen's Encyclopedia and he lists it as 3351. 1870/0 and classifies it as rare. Now I know he was a bit generous with that term, but I have been trying to find some kind of information on this coin. I looked in the CPG, and Coinfacts and found no mention. So I looked at Heritage, and found one VF example in a PCI holder from 2000. Not really much help. Do any of the seated collectors have any information on this variety? Will PCGS attribute if I resubmit? Or does it even make enough of a price difference to matter. Thanks for any help. I can't get a good closeup of the date, but I can try some more.

Definitely 104. I guess Breen was generous with the term rare.

The 1870/0 is not rare, but not common.
It's not in the CPG so PCGS will not attribute it yet........They are in the future going to do Seated Dime's by Greer. Then it will be a variety that they do......Can't wait!
Your coin is a nice, original example from the pictures.
