How the heck did this handcut get a number grade?

I Hope I get this grader when I finally sub my pacquiao card. This is rediculous. I subbed a really nice 81 hogan that only got psa authentic.. I can't believe this mess got a number grade. Unreal

Andre the Giant

My hogan that got authentic and did not qualify for a number

The Hogan has ZERO border lines and is cut well within all of them. That is the simple explanation as to why there can not be a numeric grade on the Hogan. The Andre exhibits two of the cutting borders although trimmed short on the right and probably the bottom. However, there is enough there to allow for a numeric grade. This is similar to how they've been handling many of the W strip cards lately.

There is zero boarder on the bottom left edge of the Andre. The boarders are not even close to being semetrical... And the eye appeal is god awful. I understand that the hogan was cut just within the boarders so by definition.. It's authentic. There was no rhyme or reason on how the Andre was cut. One boarder was cut way outside of the dotted line while the other boarder was cut on a tilt of the boarder of the card

The Hogan is on the inside frame and very close to the staples and generally is short on the left border.

My only guess would be that they are looking for more space between the photo and the edge.

Is it possible that the Andre is on the bottom right corner of the sheet and there is no dotted line to the right and the bottom?

I submit a lot of 1962 Post cereal FB and in my experience that Andre card was lucky to get a 5. 2 or 3 would be more typical of that cut.
