Has PCGS ever made sample slabs at any coin shows?

Well this discussion came up privately. I have never heard of PCGS ever creating sample slabs AT a coin show.
Has anyone including PCGS personnel ever seen it done at a coin show?

<< <i>At most shows PCGS can hardly get every coin graded and sealed by when they're supposed to much less have time to make sample slabs. Because of capacity issues it is very unlikely. >>
That was my first thought. I would think that sample slabs would be made during slow periods which would preclude coin shows. Does PCGS even still make sample slabs anymore? They are so well known in the marketplace everyone with any interest in coins already know what they look like. Samples of any product are normally made for a new product that people aren't already familiar with.
Worry is the interest you pay on a debt you may not owe.

Most recently to promote the double coin slabs and their China presence.
As they are slowly making their way to North America.

Purists call those Luncheon slabs, as opposed to Sample slabs, as opposed to eCollector slabs, etc.
<< <i>We offer sample slabs to all attendees at every PCGS luncheon. Next one up will be at FUN. >>
But that was NOT the question. The question was whether PCGS ever created the sample slabs AT the various coin shows or were all of them created at PCGS headquarters in California?
