The Panini and Question of Sport are two different cards.

Mike Tyson's real rookie card is the Italian Panini Supersport.

I have a PSA 3 coming back in the next few days that I might be willing to sell. I was disappointed in the grade. Raw purchase on eBay for about $70 that I just subbed. I am going to have to upgrade mine as I want at least a 5 or 6.
