It's advertised as "One of only 154 Sets."
Does this mean PCGS won't encapsulate any more WI high and low leaf quarters in these?
I thought it's cool the ebay's seller id is "extraleafquarter."
it appears you can just pick 2 coins of the same grade and submit them for crack-out into the new 2 coin holder. i guess i could have just presumed they would do that, but i really do try not to presume too much.
i garnered that from how significantly different the cert numbers are on the 2 labels in the holder
