i've always enjoyed and probably always will, seeing a proof example of a highly collected business strike type coin. seeing the splendid strike, pristine fields and devices.

a nice proof can be a welcome reprieve indeed.

Very beautiful coin! I've bought several off the BST board through the years and they are always fast sellers. I think they are a great deal at current prices and have very little risk.

Great looking proof Merc. I started a 1940 Business strike set in memory of my Dad's birth year, but have been considering doing the proof set instead/as well. I have been eyeing cameo Walkers, but not ready to pull the trigger just yet.
