Anyone know anything about Star-Cal Decals?

I need the Campy's for my collection and I've noticed that they come in both a red and a blue box. Are they both legit or is one a reproduction/fake? Thanks in advance.

Never came in blue envelopes and the envelope, front and back, of the blue one currently on Ebay is inconsistent with baseball and movie star packaging. If you search ebay for Meyercord you'll see the same generic blue envelope was used for Meyercord's home decoration decals. At some point in time after issue the Campanella was put in a different envelope.
