Newb Here...as far as submitting

I have 6 cards autographed cards I would like to submit to PSA for authentication purposes. I've never submitted to PSA before and I'm mulling over this form and I'm a bit confused. Basically I want the autographed cards encapsulated with the blue sticker signifying they are authentic. The declared value is $35. Any help would be appreciated.

I appreciate that MrMint, but the autographs are of one of the Presidential Candidates and I'd like to get them turned around quickly so I can list before the election.

I guess I'm just confused what goes in the Authentication Fee and what goes in the declared value columns.

Find them there. Thats the price for the authentication. Then pay the extra for the encapsulation.
Declared value is what you want them insured for.

Ahhh...ok thanks. Got it figured it. Called customer service too and she helped walk me through the form. Very helpful, very nice. Thanks!
