FWIW came across this info on those opt out messages we are getting from ebay/paypal. Maybe one of our legal minds here will give an opinion.

  • Ugly. I don't know which is worse the disease or the cure.
Nothing worse than "winning" a class action suit and getting some form of scrip or wampum.

    Hmmph!

I guess getting a group of people together to form a Class and sue eBay for charging us sellers "Final Value Fee's" on "Actual" postage paid is going to get tougher!

I could understand them charging additional fee's for exhorbitant handling charges but the bottom line is that if PayPal is used, then eBay knows EXACTLY what you paid to ship the item. They share the signature and mailing confirmation numbers already. Why not shipping fee's?
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    The name is LEE!

Arbitration proceedings often lack the right to appeal. No one person is perfect, and I'm sure arbitrators make mistakes.
