    Nice...I was able to pick up a few from the same collections as well. Great looking coins. I can't wait to have them photographed.

    My first CBH was just a couple years ago and it is what really got me hooked into collecting coins. I own 30 - 35 CBH's now and have sold about 20 or so. Needless to say you can get caught up in the series.

    But wow, that's one good lookin' pair of Busties, and certainly a great start to any CBH set!

    I agree with Lance that collecting these things is an sickness with which there is no cure. Once you've fallen victim, there's no turning back!

    I'll guess PCGS graded 'em both VF35. The first looks like an O.146 R2, and the second one looks O.131 R2.

    Some people start by collecting only one Bust Half date. 1827 is a tough one, with 49 different marriages. Your 1827 Curled 2 O-146 is one of only two Curled 2 marriages for the year.
    I collect Capped Bust series by variety in PCGS AU/MS grades.
