comparing photos on Ebay listings

It's obvious to me that these are the same images. His has been cropped in to erase my watermark and he has superimposed his watermark. Look at the positions of the rolls. It cannot be a
coincidence that the rolls and shadows are all in the exact same position. I have reported it to Ebay with no results thus far (it is Sunday so I'll cut them some slack). Not only did he do that but
then had the GALL to undercut my price! This guy has 100% feedback with over a thousand transactions but it makes me wonder how many times he's done this to other sellers. I would contact
him directly but want to wait for Ebay to arbitrate and rule on it first. Looking forward to hearing what you all think. Is this the same photo in your opinion?

Good luck with ebay. I'm not sure they'll find it substantive.

No Way Out: Stimulus and Money Printing Are the Only Path Left
<< <i>This raises the question, how important is good imaging to get serious bids on ebay? Usually I will try to get professional imaging on coins I sell there. NGC/PMG charge $5 a coin/note, with PCGS I would have to submit through "TrueView" which is of course far superior but takes real time and extra money. I have paid a pro to do my PCGS coins for $10 each; with some details graded coins, I have just had to wing it with a scanner, or librarian with an iphone who doesn't understand the importance of good imaging with coins. >>
Good return policy negates a lot of the need for top quality pics. Decent pics and a return policy should do it.
