Look at the obvious buildup around the reverse devices. Clearly scrubbed at one point. That said, I'm sure they do sell a few grade-able coins every once in a while...

GSC does a great job at photographing the coin to get just the right look.
I got sucked into some "PROOF LIKE' gold, that DID NOT get the designation from the
good people across the street(NGC).
