    There are plenty of obscure topics that haven't been covered. For example, I've never seen any discussion of lumber company tokens.

    Here are some from the Sessions Lumber Company in Wells, TX ... I don't know too much about these, except I think they were used to purchase goods from the company store in the early-to-mid 20th century. Anyone else know anything about them?

    Nice tokens.

    I've tried several times to feel out the interst level on coal scrip, but it gets poo-pooed pretty quick.

    I'm a fan of coal Scrip. The market is thin but just like any other coin area there are super common and super rare examples. I personaly collect WV coal pictorial and New River Company scrip. If they could be graded by PCGS I would have quite a few nice examples to send in.

    There are two very important books to own on the subject. The Edkins catalogs volume 1 and 2. One book covers West Virginia while the other covers every other state.
