Replica Aaron RC being sold as a real one

I've been in the market for an Aaron RC for a while and came across the one being sold by this guy:

It appears to be the replica he purchased in early August from an ebay seller who clearly listed it as a replica. I've contacted him twice and just got a rather amusing reply back from him today telling me what I should go do to myself. Are there ways to have ebay take the listing down? There is only a day left on the auction and I'd hate for someone to get stuck with a $6 replica. Also, any Jordan RC or Rose RC experts here? Figured those might be replicas too.

    I'm building a 1968 and a 1970 Topps set. I have lots of 1970s and 1960s to offer in trade.

    On all of these auctions, it would help if everyone would click on "report item". There is an option for counterfeit items. Every time I have done it, the auction has been removed within 24 hours.

    The Aaron has been taken down. Not sure if it was a result of people on this board reporting it, but if it was, thank you! I am glad this guy won't be screwing anyone out of their money.

    I must be Rodney Dangerfield because every time I report item on ebay as a fake, nothing happens. No respect!
