Anyone inventory card collections online

I know PSA has the registry and I have my graded cards listed there for the most part.
What I am curious about is sites that you can list your collections on to help keep track of them. Beckett seems to have this but it costs if you have more than 100 cards listed. Sportscardforum has it as well.
I was curious to see if there were any others out there. I am starting to PC a couple current players and would like to access what cards are out there. It would also help to list the sets I am working on to help me keep track of what I am missing. Its also handy if I can access these lists from my android phone so I dont have to carry around a bunch of lists.
Anybody have any recommendations? Thoughts ?

download your PSA inventory into one an access table.
download each PSA set into its own access table.
set relationships with PSA spec number.
if you subsribe to Beckett you can download their checklist into another access table. however, setting up the relationships with this table can be a challege. for most regular company sets, you could just use card number for the relationship between this table and your PSA inventory or PSA set table. however, for player sets, error cards or sets where PSA and Beckett dont use the same card number that could be a problem. Also can not rely on card names for player sets as PSA and Beckett dont name the cards the same either. What I have done with my Favre master set is to make, what I call a merge table, that bridges the two COs tables in my database. The problem is that you have to manually cross reference Becketts Card name to the PSA Spec number, so it can take some time and could also introduce errors. but it was the best way that I have found to do this.
once you have all your tables and relationships setup you can make queries and reports with what ever data you want, from any of the tables you have relationships setup with. the only downside is that the way PSA and Beckett have changed their websites over the past few years you just cant run a simple web macro and automatically update your tables. but it still can be done.
get the dropbox app. setup your free 2Gb account. then once you have your checklists (reports) you can save in your dropbox account and that will appear on any device (PC, Mac, tablet or phone) you have dropbox on.

<< <i>I use VCP and have been very happy. It also exports into excel which is real nice. >>
Does VCP allow you to pull up a set like say 1977 Topps and check off the ones you have? This is sort of what I am looking for. Also can you easily access the VCP list on a phone. Also VCP does'nt really cover modern stuff much does it?
