  • I just started collecting auto'd helmets. I stay with things authenticated by psa and jsa. Also there are other companies out there that I trust like, steiner, tri star and mounted memories. Also if the item comes with the players hologram on it, it should be good. There are a few others that I was told were legit like aaa (absoluteauthentics) and grid iron authentics however, I haven't bought anything that comes from them. I was told that if you bought anything from aaa that it would be a good deal because alot of people don't really know about them but their stuff is good. However if you want to sell down the road you won't be getting a profit out of the item either.

Just be careful and research what company it's comming from and what the signature should look like.

I wouldn't buy from GridIron. They have been selling Manning, Brady, Bradshaw, Montana, all the big names for at least 7 years. 10 or so of each every single week. I have emailed multiple times asking where they get certain items from and they never answer. But if I send an email from a different account asking about combined shipping, they reply instantly. I have also talked to people who bought from them who have said you don't get the item that is pictured and have heard of several cases where they were sent to be authenticated and failed.

If you look at the prices they are getting for some items, it doesn't make sense why they would keep selling at that price. I also heard about a guy who did a signing wigth a certain player and Gridiron was using the same photo from this other person's signing. When confronted about it, they said they got the pic from the players agent but took down all the listings and never listed them again.
  • This about sums it all up for Gridiron. I couldn't have said it better myself.
    Ripoff alert
  • And here is another. A fake Namath they sold.

    Namath

I wouldn't be shocked to hear that these guys are arrested someday for what they are doing.
  • Thanks. Anyone know anything about these guys Creative Sports in Florida
