Any experience with smelting and assay?

I've stumbled into a bunch of melted silver. I don't know what it was originally. Anyone have any experience with getting it melted down and assayed? About 54 t. oz.

    Dealer I work with sends all my stuff to NTR. Just have to make sure melts are min of 80% or they charge 20% instead of 10. If you have an acid test kit I would grind a few small spots and get a good idea of the percentage.
