Andre Dawson 1977 Topps PSA 9 OC - Review?

A PSA Mint 9 is a superb condition card that exhibits only one of the following minor flaws: a very slight wax stain on reverse, a minor printing imperfection or slightly off-white borders. Centering must be approximately 60/40 to 65/35 or better on the front and 90/10 or better on the reverse.
Does the centering on this card fit those standards? Should it be sent back in for a review? If so, should I crack it or just send it as is. What would you say is the best case and worse case for it? I appreciate any and all opinions! (Anyone have a clue how old the flip is?)

In my opinion, review will keep it in that grade. crack and resub may very well keep it in that grade as well...
