Quick question regarding shipping

I sold a poster on ebay the other day. I am mailing it in a tube. It weighs 6 oz. Can I send it regular first class just like if it were a puffy? Or do I have to do something different because of its odd shape? Trying to do it through ebay to get everything copacetic with their shipping policy. Thanks in advance for your help.

Don't forget to take into account the dimensions of the tube, especially if it is longer than 12".
