No question it's a pic of a 21 Morgan reverse.
    Gonna start the process.
It's either two pics of two different coins, or a total fake.
It's not a genuine 93S, waiting for a reply from seller.

    Where to begin?

the '93' is wrong in every way.
    The reverse is A 1921.

Coin is heavily polished/whizzed to try and his this VERY POOR fake.

Waiting for a reply?? Let the seller know it's either two different pics or it's faked.
Good job for spotting this Twinturbo. Nuking auctions has turned into a part-time position.

EDIT: Just got a friendly reply, he's gonna pull the listing and have it checked out.
    This one was easy.

In the body of the listing:

<<This KEY DATE Morgan Dollar is a real part of history and very very rare...I Inherited this particular coin from my grandparents, this one is a hard one to sell in my collection because it is so rare...This coin seems to have been cleaned or washed at one point in time but not by me and is in extremely fine condition.....Please grade for yourself, this coin is in really great shape for being 119 years old!!!!I Start most all of my Auctions at $.01...........Lets have some fun with this one!!!!!! Good luck with the bidding..... The coin in the picture is the one you will receive, grade for yourself....I took allot of pictures for your grading...I accept Paypal only and will ship to US address, only upon Payment conformation...........Thank you for looking..............>>

I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt but Joe the seller knew it was a key date, it's possibly cleaned
and threw out a grade of XF. Tough to imagine that he missed the 21 reverse.

EDIT: If the coin pictured is the one the buyer would've received, then is it two coins that were split down the middle
and adhered together? Or was it struck in this configuration?

I wondered that too but there was no pic showing the rim.

I don't know JM, only the seller does.
Seems like a lot of work to split a Morgan, even for a machinist like myself.
Certainly not gonna use a band-saw. What you could do is mill down two different coins using a Bridgeport
and take small cuts. Never done it don't know how it would go.

EDIT: You would have to use custom steel blocks to put under the coin
to bring it up to the jaws of the vise. You couldn't just secure it in a vise,
as soon as the endmill made contact it would move.

IF, the seller didn't mix up counterfeit images and IF, 2 counterfeits weren't split and put together, my strong opinion is:

just a flat-out poor counterfeit with incorrect fake diagnostics probably made from some cheap pot metal.

the makers of the counterfeit dies simply screwed up like they have on so many coins. not being even close to numismatists, they were either too stupid/lazy or thought potential buyers would be or just didn't care (most likely a combination) to recognize how poor of a counterfeit this is. any dealer for more than 2 years, maybe less should know better. that is because of how bad this one is.
    .
    edited to add:

i have images that show how counterfeiters mix up obv/rev combos that i highly doubt are sandwiched although there are reports that sandwiching is on the rise as well.
