Some additional info on this coin that may not be as readily apparent from the pics. Very nice frost and luster, and no significant pitmarks or gouges whatsoever. Small surface contact under the eye, maybe from being in a roll? The reverse toning is spectacular. Thanks.

Looks like a 65 or 66.

65. maybe 66 if the luster is really booming,but the marks on the obverse field may still limit grade to 65.

FYI, marks in obverse field are very minor in hand, and very few. Pics make them appear worse.

I guess I'll go out on a limb and say I don't think this coin tops 63 or 64 based on the shiny (different than reflective) look of the obverse.

Wow, luster loss IMO. Cleaned at some point? In hand best, but with all due respect, I don't like it.

Big pics actually make it difficult as they can make things look bad that aren't. My guess is 65, close call on Pl but would not surprise me.

The problem with the images is they were from a scan. Here are a couple that are better, but still not great. I will try to take some pictures myself that are through a loupe and not a scan to see if that helps, trust me, the coin is gorgeous in person.

No, it was slabbed about 15 years before SEGS even came around! Scans just don't do coins justice. I'm sure I can get decent pics with my camera and will post a new thread later on with those images.

If the surfaces only looked messed with and washed out because of the scan and it's really a nice, lustrous coin it looks like about a 65 to me.
