or are you the buyer trying to get a handle on someone else's valuation?
There is not a formula that I have ever heard of just the price you are will to
pay for ir. One thing that tells you that is you will never or rather I have never
seen a "widly toned" coin of any series sell at auction on any web site with a
buy it now price. It's eithe 99 cent or moon money as a start price. If you are
selling then start high and sell higher but if your buying watch where it goes and
then pay more much more if you really want it. Good Luck either way.
Here is a picture as I suspected the picture shows about 50 percent of the real color and none of the luster.....
I take it the reverse is unremarkable? Blast white basically?
To price is "right", you can either price it too high and get offers that you are comfortable with, or you can go the auction route (99cents on ebay, Teletrade, GreatCollections, etc) If the right folks see it, and want it, it will go high.
If you go the ebay route, either send to one of the forum photohounds for a really great shot, or consign with someone like Airplanenut or MrD (Dick....Great Toning on ebay).
For the photo you posted, if you have any editing software, you may want to play with the contrast a bit to sharpen the image to make it look more like it does inhand (and not as washed out looking from the light)
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
