I don't usually check the registry forum so I would have missed this if someone didn't mention it in another thread. The details are in this thread. It's 1956- present less than 100 bucks per card. They are trying to get to 2k cards to get 4.50 a card. I think it's around 1000 cards to put the rate at 4.75.
