2003 Topps Parallel

Recently saw a few 2003 Topps cards with a gold logo on the front that read "Home Team Advantage". Anyone know anything about these? Rarity...how they were issued?

    It's just Topps HTA. Nothing super rare about 'em. I don't know the volume, but they aren't scarce. Heck, for '03, they might be easier to find in good condition then the regular Topps release.

    Was HTA a separate set issued by Topps or an insert into packs of the base product? I wasn't really busting packs back in '03.
