Instead of watching this item I put the opening bid in and dang if I didn't win!
My wife just howled, zero feedback, bank account number with no routing or bank name?
Hmmmmm, $20 NGC graded??? No front of slab!
Zero chance of getting this coin and 100% chance of having to work with Paypal/Ebay in
getting my funds back (if I pay, as I have not as of this moment).
I did call Ebay and they proposed that they will message seller and ask the pertinent questions
and get back to me on what they want me to do. I do suspect this will just go away but oh
my can I get into trouble!

The coin looks like an ms68!!
Oh, and one other important note....
Look at the slab holding the coin. It doesn't even go over the rim of the coin!!

If you paid with paypal, paypal holds the funds on low feedback sellers. At least the money's safe, just gotta jump through hoops to get it back. Sometimes if you keep bugging them on the phone and if it's an open and shut case they will transfer the money back to you. Keep bugging them. Problem now is paypal has to wait and see if seller does ship. can't go refunding your money and have the seller keep his end of the deal. About the only way you get your money back quickly in a case like this is if ebay/paypal find good reason to shut him down.
