I have seen the barcode that small but not the numbers. I have a few labels that look like they were cut off a little, but there is more space on the top.

Reasonable is somewhat debatable imo, this bin is the same starting price of the last auction that did not sell. >>
The 1896 is priced $10. over PCGS sheet. 1896 Morgans are difficult in GEM with attractive toning. (I went ahead and followed my own logic and purchased it.)

I'm concerned about the MS64 slab. Look at how small the serial number is. Not nearly as big as yours.

i did see some pcgs slab matching that number size as the 1885 MS64 in this thread here
not that guarantees authenticity, but that there are variations in the font size for many pcgs holder generations
