What is the PCGS stance on AT?

There have been tons of threads about AT vs NT etc but I can't seem to locate the answer I am looking for. So, my question is, how does PCGS handle a toned coin. Do they slab a toned coin but make no distinction for the toning unless it's Secure Plus, do they reject coins they believe are AT, or ???
If I see a coin in a brand new three prong PCGS holder with wild color does that indicate that PCGS is on board with it as NT or is it meaningless in the scheme of things? Thanks in advance for educating me in an area I am lacking.

This is the seller's pics of a "GN-91" coin I was following recently:
If PCGS puts a grade on a coin and slabs it, it means they think the coin was naturally toned (and/or market acceptable).
Coins that PCGS thinks are artificially toned (not market acceptible) are slabbed "Genuine, Questionable Color".

i was watching that one briefly as well and surprisingly enough is even uglier to me now then it was then,
.
the sniffer also detects putty and such that hides marks and scratches.
I wouldn't mess with PCGS that much as I am guessing they will secure plus your submissions without you knowing if they think you are a committed coin doctor.

All coins sent for grading are slabbed, regardless. You can ask for no slab for a BB'd coin but why would you? Toning, blast white. Doesn't matter.
Don't get mixed up about Secure Plus. It's just a way of fingerprinting coins for storage and later comparison. Some extra analysis is done on it (sniffing for banned substances). Grading standards are no different.
If the coin is in a problem-free holder, regardless of whether it's a prong holder or an older one, PCGS says it meets their standards and is guaranteed. They're calling any toning...however wild, NT.
Lance.

Fixed it for you.
(1) Some coins in problem-free holders no longer meet their current standards but are still guaranteed.
(2) I don't believe PCGS ever definitively says a coin is NT, just MA.
Yes, market acceptable. Who BTW is market acceptable, I heard it was a guy named Earl from Chandler Arizona.......he'll buy anything.
