How much are these worth in your opinion?

1958 Topps FB Set - All cards are EX-MT except for Brown Rookie which is unfortunately about a 3 (includes the Bazooka special card EX-MT)
1962 Topps FB Set - All cards between EX to NM. All the stars would probably grade as 6's or 7's
Also, trying to decide if it's better to sell as a raw set, grade the entire set, grade the stars, or simply grade the best looking cards
Your opinions as to value and on the decision to grade or not grade is greatly appreciated.
