1839 Nederl Indie 1C.......What do I have here???

Picked this up at a B&M shop this past weekend. Thought it looked neat and bought it. Have no idea what it is. Like someone else here on the boards said, my darkside collection is "driven by whims and lusts". Pretty much sums it up.
