Am in on the big rip and saw 'grote' there with over 13k messages completed on this site. Who are the ultimate kings here in that fashion. If there are site managers, is there an 'All Time' list ?

I believe there was an open forum here many years ago that some posted on frequently. This may have some bearing on higher post counts.

There were people on the open forum that would have 30-40k in posts, a thread on favorite pancakes would have 300 posts in an hour. They flushed it (thankfully) a few years ago, it was mostly populated with coin guys and the post counts were thru the roof.
Agreed that Steve probably has the most posts here, he's been on a long time and is pretty prolific. And he has no preference on pancakes.

I have to say - some have some serious post-counts.

True on the Open Forum - always controversial and always interesting - yet always too hard to "moderate" - so they decided to shut it down.

I have seen arguments over there that were absolutely hilarious - but - myself - rarely posted over there.

You will find people with 30,000 and more due to the that forum.

I think you might be right that Steve aka "Winpitcher" may have the top count in "regulars" over here - and he was not a poster over at the Open Forum - so his contributions may be exclusive to this forum.

Steve's a good guy - has loads and loads of hobby knowledge - was a former card shop owner and some of his posts - that may seem ironic - are meant to be tongue in cheek - and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

If that seems like an advocacy? Guilty as charged.

And, in closing, I would like to say that post count is "not" a measure of anything other than contribution - it imparts absolutely no status or stature - as I'm sure those with larger numbers will attest.

If I've learned anything in the hobby, it's: "that every man is my superior in that I may learn from them."
