haha. broke my record. i've used fractional stamps, 1c, 2c etc, but i think the most i've used was about 20 on an envelope

covered on five sides with plate blocks of three and four centers.
There's a guy at one of the coin shows I go to who sells old stamps at 80% of face - he either has a huge supply of old stamps or few takers.

For all the belly-aching one hears every time postage costs increase by one stinking cent, a body might think that 80% of the current 45 cents ( 36 cents ) would be regarded highly favorably by those such as ourselves.
