question re: psa/dna at shows

what does it mean exactly when it states that "psa/dna autograph experts will be on-site to authenticate your previously signed items"? does this mean they will encapsulate the card or that they just slap some sticker on it?

Just stickers, unless encapsulation is specifically mentioned. If you want encapsulation, you can usually submit it at the show, they'll just send them back to PSA and do it there.
