This has been asked before. Check past threads for more information.

I have some experience with cutting single cards like Bazooka and Post from the 1960's. I use a metal ruler and a "X-Acto" knife with a new blade. You might want to check out special cutters at a craft store or talk to someone at a photo shop or Kinkos. I have no idea what they charge.

    Good luck!

Have you tried asking a local printing company? I bet some of them do in-house cutting. Kinkos has a cutting machine as well, but I am not sure I would trust hired hands to cut baseball cards that you may want perfectly centered unless you gave them measurements. I have box bottoms that I have cut. Sometimes with an X-acto you get a raised edge if your cutting is slow. Also the direction of the cut creates a "pulling" effect on the paper. You want want to cut down on it, not across for the cleanest cut.
