this is a date in the series which is fairly easy to find with well struck step detail and an overall PL appearance. unfortunately, the planchets were in pretty bad shape and tend to show the multitude of unstruck flaws which are evident on this coin. in an average unsearched roll you should be able to find coins such as this.
