Mini slabbed in a penny sleeve?

I never heard of this grading company, GMA, but that card does not look like it will be a 10 much longer in that holder.

Actually PSA does the same thing for long 75 minis..

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
