Ebay new 10 oz bar purchase - opinions welcome

This bar looks like an Engelhard product but it is marked "United". I imagine the dimple at the center is the reason the word "United" was stamped to the side. A similar marked Engelhard bar is posted to show the similarity.

I wonder if Engelhard's business model included producing bar for others who wished to add their own logo.

Opinions are welcome about this one.

    Perhaps Engelhard made bars for another company named "UNITED" but they do look like they both came from the same source.
