Another Rare item on Ebay. Where do people find these?

Although "pre-owned" I fail to understand how this is still available.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming 'WOW What a Ride!' Mark Frost

I just don’t get how these people ever sell things on eBay (not that this would ever sell) but c'mon. Before I list something as a buy it now, I always check the completed listings to have at least some sort of idea as to what I should be asking for or can expect.
I don’t even like making offers on "Buy It Now" items that also have the option to make an offer if the buy it now price is too high because the sellers lowest price is still ridiculously high compared to other listings of the same items.
So they want $250 for a $10 max item but can't even take the time to count the cards to make sure it's complete. I'm not taking the chance
Appreciate today-

I can't believe that they are handling that Mark Carreon card without gloves, and not in a thick holder or anything... I would never handle anything so rare without protection

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
