Unopened rack packs on EBAY - seller check

Sorry if this topic has already been discussed but I wondered if anyone had experience purchasing unopened material from mkwsportscards on EBAY. I noticed he/she has a ton of unopened rack packs/cellos on ebay including 75 racks with Yount on front and Brett on back. Obviously those are pretty rare and not cheap and I didn't want to get into the bidding completely uninformed, so I wanted to see if anyone on here had experience buying from that seller. With the possibility of resealing, I pretty much never buy unopened on EBAY, and only buy from BBCE, so I don't have a lot of experience purchasing from EBAY sellers, but some of the stuff they have listed, you can't find on BBCE. Thanks for any advice you can lend.

I have purchased from this seller a few times and been very happy with the product.
