Whaat? Huh? eBay Inc insurance went up? Changed? When?

smiley says it all. i go to prepare a couple labels this morning and suddenly the insurance rates have been altered and now it costs me two cows and a chicken to send a 200 dollar item.

i think it has something to do with the switch from Expedited to Standard packages, but didn't that happen in May? i need to quit using narcotics. they make my head spin without added assistance.

    Aren't there two insurance options now (USPS and Smart-something or another); are they both higher?

    AH, but you are trying to pay with two cows who do not give milk! If your cow gave milk like most, it would still be only one cow ... plus the friggin chicken, of course.
